Through their own portal on any phone or computer — by card or bank account, one-time or on AutoPay. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to the association’s own bank account.

HOA Core is $99 per year for self-managed communities up to 100 homes, $249 for 101–250 homes and $449 for 251–500, billed annually. Larger associations are quoted individually. SMS text-messaging packages are optional add-ons.

Can we bring our existing records?

Yes. CSV and spreadsheet imports cover homes, owners and balances, and documents can be uploaded in bulk. Once uploaded they are saved and filed — each home, owner and balance lands on its own record, and every document is stored against the community and available to the board and to homeowners from then on. You import once; nothing has to be re-entered, and nothing depends on the person who did the import still being on the board.

Do residents need to install an app?

No. The resident portal is a mobile-first website — homeowners sign in from any browser.

What if we hire a management company later?

They can manage your association inside CommunityPilot alongside their other communities, using the records you already have.
